Consultation
- Planning and communication prior to the day ensure your images work for your needs
- Everything from a specific style, to how pictures are to be used (size, shape, placement) are considered
- I'm used to working with internal comms teams and external PR companies to get this right
On The Day
- I work in an unobtrusive style to fulfil your brief, without intruding on or becoming part of your event
- High end dSLR & lenses for best technical quality and low light, no flash capture where possible
- On site mobile studio available - delegate headshots be captured in any downtime, creating and adding value to your day.
Delivery
- Headline images can be available same day or during the event for social media
- Password protected online gallery that delegates can also access
- Full edit available next day: online gallery, on disc or via email
